Terms of Service

SplitrCreators is a tool for capturing, organizing, and tracking video content ideas. Ideas come from two places: links you save from Instagram and TikTok, and ideas you write or record yourself. The Service stores the links, metadata and thumbnails you save, the ideas you create, and any notes, tags, dates and voice or video recordings you add to either.

For saved links, the Service does not download, host, or redistribute the underlying videos — playback happens through the originating platforms’ own embeds.

You need an account to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

SplitrCreators offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Creator and Pro), billed monthly or annually. Current pricing and features for each plan are shown at splitrcreators.com/pricing.

Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial of a paid plan. We collect a payment method when the trial starts but charge nothing during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to the paid plan and interval you selected, at the price shown at checkout, and your payment method is charged. We email you before that first charge. You can cancel at any point during the trial from Settings and you will not be charged. One trial per account.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We don’t prorate or refund partial periods except where required by law or at our discretion.

Downgrading or a lapsed subscription never deletes your data. Every idea you’ve saved stays readable, searchable, and exportable — you just lose access to the features tied to the plan you were on.

We may change prices going forward. Changes won’t apply to a billing period you’ve already paid for.

You own what you save, write, and record on SplitrCreators. We store it on your behalf and don’t claim any ownership over it. You grant us the limited right to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You’re responsible for what you save, write and record — make sure you have the right to save a link, and to make any recording you create within the Service.

SplitrCreators displays content from Instagram and TikTok via their own public embed tools. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. Your use of content from them is still subject to their own terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to store unlawful content
• Try to access another user’s account or data
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell or provide commercial access to the Service without our written permission

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. Where we do, we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you export your data first, except where the violation makes that inappropriate (for example, abuse or illegal content).

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rxch Enterprises won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify you (for example, by email). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
