Privacy Policy

This describes what SplitrCreators (operated by Rxch Enterprises) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run ads or trackers on this product.

1. What we collect

Account information

Your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store the password itself, only a one-way scrypt hash of it).

Your content

The links you save and their titles, captions and thumbnails; the ideas you write yourself; and the notes, tags, categories and dates you add to either — plus any voice or video recordings you create inside the Service.

Technical information

IP addresses on login and signup attempts, kept briefly to prevent abuse (for example, blocking repeated failed logins or a flood of new signups from one source). We don’t use this to track you across the web, because we have nothing to track you across — there are no analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe passes us only your subscription status, plan, and billing dates.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the Service — save your ideas, show your board, play back recordings
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • To process billing for paid plans
  • To send account-related email (password resets, billing receipts) — never marketing you didn’t ask for
  • To prevent abuse (login throttling, signup rate limits)

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run SplitrCreators. Each only receives what it needs to do its specific job:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and stores your recordings/thumbnails in a private bucket
  • Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions
  • Resend — sends account emails (password resets, receipts)
  • Vercel — hosts the application itself

We don’t sell your data to anyone, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We’d only disclose it beyond this if required by law.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, never stored in plain text. Recordings and thumbnails live in a private storage bucket — there is no public link to them; the app generates a short-lived signed URL only when you’re viewing your own content. Every query that touches your data is scoped to your account.

5. How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Downgrading or letting a subscription lapse never deletes anything — every idea you’ve saved stays readable and exportable regardless of plan.

You can, at any time:

  • Export your entire library as a JSON file from Settings
  • Request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@splitrcreators.com — we’ll confirm and complete it within 30 days
  • Ask us what data we hold about you, at the same address

6. Cookies

We use one cookie: an httpOnly session token that keeps you signed in. It’s essential to the Service working and isn’t used for tracking or advertising. We don’t use any analytics or ad-tracking cookies.

7. Children

SplitrCreators isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we’ll remove it.

8. Where your data is processed

Our infrastructure runs in the United States. If you’re accessing SplitrCreators from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify you, such as by email.
